It's no secret that life gets tough. Sometimes it can be overwhelming. From time to time, we could all use some help to get us through it and as a therapist, I do just that!

My approach is warm, honest, and client-centered. So when you come to see me, I will be non-judgmental, you will set your own goals, and we will work at your pace. My goal is to help you acheive yours by navigating life's challenges and overcoming its obstacles.


Why me?
I have practiced family therapy, couples therapy, and individual therapy.

I have extensive experience in family preservation and with families who have endured a lot of trauma; this has allowed me to work with clients of all ages.

My background is culturally diverse, which allows me to understand and be open-minded to any culturally-specific challenges or pressures that you may be under.

I am also bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish!

I know that I have never treated someone that has gone through exactly what you are going through, but that is because you are unique! There is no "one-size-fits-all" or blanket treatment for what you are going through. You have your own path to walk. I just want to help you stay on course!
